Characteristics of Water Tube Vacuum Hot Water Boiler

 

1. The water tube vacuum boiler adopts transverse flushing of flue gas, with good water circulation and high evaporation efficiency, greatly enhancing the heat transfer of flue gas.

2. Full premixed combustion technology, small furnace size, effectively reduces boiler volume, achieves ultra-low nitrogen emissions, and NOx emissions are less than 30mg/Nm.

3. The furnace operates in a slightly negative pressure state, with external pressure greater than internal pressure, high safety factor, and no need for approval, supervision, or registration procedures for boiler use.

4. One machine with multiple uses, can provide heating water, domestic hot water, swimming pool heating, etc. simultaneously with one boiler. Integrated design of burner, boiler body, heat exchanger, and condenser, compact structure, easy installation, convenient operation and maintenance, saving investment and land area, simple system, high efficiency, and more energy-efficient operation.

5. Phase change heat transfer, in which the heat medium water is softened, generally does not require replacement or replenishment, solving problems such as scaling and oxygen corrosion in conventional boilers, and has a long service life. Multiple safety protection interlocks such as furnace overpressure protection, heat medium water and steam overheating protection, circulating water overheating protection, and low temperature protection are adopted to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the unit.

6. Adopting microcomputer programmable control mode, with high degree of automation, simple operation, flexible control, multifunctional touch screen, multi window system operating condition display, and real-time display of boiler operation status.

7. The boiler can be modularized and combined, and the overall heating load of the unit can be adjusted through visual intelligent software system control to ensure efficient operation of the boiler unit.
