Introduction
The WNS series gas (oil) boilers feature a shell-type, fully wet-back, three-pass flue tube structure. The overall wet-back design and flanged butt joint connection ensure excellent pressure resistance and safe, reliable operation. The flame burns under slight positive pressure within the corrugated furnace, resulting in high combustion efficiency. The corrugated furnace structure increases the heat transfer area and furnace rigidity, while also allowing for free expansion after heating. The third pass uses large flue tubes, effectively reducing boiler flue gas resistance, improving burner efficiency, and lowering burner operating noise. Sufficient steam space at the top of the boiler, coupled with an advanced and efficient steam-water separation device, ensures consistently stable steam quality.
