CNG Refueling Station

• Its operating principle can be summarized as "high-pressure unloading → graded storage → intelligent filling", with a direct process that eliminates the most complex and energy consuming compression step.

• Air source input (core distinguishing point):

The core gas source is not pipeline gas and compressor, but CNG bundle trailer. The trailer itself is a mobile high-pressure gas storage device (usually with a pressure of 20MPa).

• High voltage unloading and storage:

After the trailer enters the station, the high-pressure gas inside is directly unloaded into the fixed gas storage cylinder group inside the station through the unloading column or unloading priority control system. The gas storage cylinder group is also divided into high, medium, and low pressure levels.

• Sequential control and refueling:

The subsequent process is the same as that of the standard station: through the sequence control panel (PLC control), the gas in the gas storage cylinder group is intelligently scheduled, and gas is supplied to the CNG dispenser in the order of low → medium → high, completing the refueling of the vehicle.

• Core operating mode:

Direct refueling mode: During peak traffic hours, the vehicle can bypass the on-site storage tank and use the trailer as a "temporary gas storage tank". After the gas inside the trailer is pressurized again by a dedicated hydraulic booster, the vehicle can be directly refueled to achieve maximum refueling speed and efficiency.
