Operating principle
The operation of CNG dispensers can be compared to the intelligent pressure balancing and transportation from high-pressure gas cylinders to vehicle gas cylinders.
Its core is graded pressure regulation and sequential filling, ensuring safe and rapid filling of high-pressure natural gas (CNG) into vehicle storage tanks.
- Gas intake: Take gas directly from the station's gas storage cylinder group (usually at a pressure of 25MPa) or compressor.
- Control and Measurement: Gas flows through pressure regulating valves, flow meters, and safety valves, and is monitored in real-time by a computer control system for pressure and flow.
- Sequential filling (key):Prioritize using low-pressure gas cylinders to fill vehicles with gas.As the pressure rises, it automatically switches to medium and high-pressure gas storage cylinders to achieve efficient filling.
- Completion and settlement: Automatically stops when the target pressure (usually 20MPa) or amount is reached, displaying the amount of gas added and the amount.
