Working principle
The electric pressurized hot water boiler is a "direct heating" pressurized equipment
1.Electrothermal conversion: After connecting to a high-voltage power source, the current passes through an electric heating tube immersed in water or directly through a body of water, converting electrical energy directly into thermal energy.
2.Pressure cycle: The heated water experiences an increase in pressure within a sealed boiler cylinder. The system circulation pump forcibly delivers high-temperature and high-pressure hot water from the boiler to the heating or process end, and the cooled return water is pumped back to the boiler for reheating, forming a closed pressure circulation system.
3.Automatic control: By using temperature and pressure sensors and a PLC controller, the start stop or power of the heating group is automatically adjusted to maintain a stable outlet temperature and system pressure.
