Operating principle

The principle is to "directly charge the vehicle from a fixed high-pressure gas source", with a direct and highly manual process. The core lies in physical connection and safe start stop, rather than complex intelligent allocation.
Connect the gas source: The backend is directly connected to the fixed high-pressure pipeline (usually from the gas storage cylinder group or compressor outlet) in the station.
Manual operation: The driver or operator manually inserts the gas nozzle into the vehicle interface.
Start filling: Manually rotate the valve or press the mechanical handle, and high-pressure gas flows directly into the vehicle cylinder through the filling column body and filling hose.
Monitoring and stopping: The operator needs to observe a simple mechanical pressure gauge on the gas filling column. When the pressure approaches the rated working pressure of the vehicle's gas storage cylinder (such as 20MPa), manually close the valve and stop refueling.
Pressure relief and disassembly: The operator manually operates the pressure relief valve to release the high-pressure gas in the hose before removing the nozzle.
