Brief introduction
The WNS type low-NOx gas (oil) hot water boiler adopts a three-pass flue gas flow design with a symmetrical wet-back structure. The burner interface and high-temperature heat transfer components, such as the front and rear smoke boxes, are rationally designed to ensure that the boiler's outer surface temperature meets design specifications. The boiler is shipped as a complete unit, integrating pressure safety accessories for easy installation.
Key selling points:
1.Environmentally friendly. It adopts an advanced low-NOx burner and flame controller, and has flame monitoring, automatic purging, and flameout protection functions. The harmful components in the flue gas are lower than the national standard (NOx emissions are lower than 30mg/Nm).
2.High efficiency and energy saving. The furnace is a corrugated design. The furnace, combustion chamber, and front and rear tube sheets all adopt a fully flanged structure, which can effectively eliminate thermal stress in the furnace. The combustion chamber has a large-diameter eccentric structure with a large radiant heating area. The second-pass flue tubes use threaded flue tubes to enhance heat transfer, and the third-pass uses a large flue tube structure, which enhances heat transfer while effectively reducing boiler back pressure. A condensing heat exchanger can be selected for the flue gas outlet to maximize the absorption of the latent heat of condensation of water vapor in the flue gas, thereby improving the boiler's thermal efficiency.
3.Fully automatic operation, safe and reliable, saving labor costs.An advanced touch screen + PLC controller and digital inspection and control system can be selected, which has functions such as timed control, work record, and leak detection alarm. A manufacturer's timed lock can also be added, and a communication interface can be reserved for the upper machine to realize integrated control.
