Structural features and technological advantages

 

The lower half structure of the electric vacuum hot water boiler is a water chamber, with stainless steel heating tubes installed on the walls of the water chamber. Electric energy is converted into heat energy through the electric heating tubes. The upper half is a steam space, in which a tube type heat exchanger composed of stainless steel tubes is inserted. Due to the overall negative pressure state of the boiler, it is absolutely safe.

 

The heat medium inside the furnace does not enter, exit, increase, or decrease during the entire operation of the boiler. It is only enclosed in the vacuum chamber of the boiler and transfers heat between the heat transfer tubes and heat exchangers of the boiler. The heat medium inside the furnace is completely deoxygenated pure water, without corrosion or scale.

• Multi-purpose machine

A unit can be equipped with multiple heat exchangers to supply hot water of different temperatures and purposes, such as central air conditioning water, sanitary hot water, process hot water, etc. The company follows the principle of maximum energy allocation to ensure that each heat exchanger can achieve maximum heating capacity when heating separately, allowing users to obtain the best results with minimal investment.

• Safety

The absolute pressure inside the boiler during operation is 0.02~0.065Mpa, which is lower than atmospheric pressure. This means that the unit is in a vacuum state and therefore will not explode. At the same time, a mechanical explosion-proof device is installed in the upper low-pressure steam space. In the event that all electrical protection measures fail, there will be no danger due to boiler overpressure.

• Efficient

The electric heating tube of the electric vacuum hot water boiler is completely surrounded by the heat medium water, which better absorbs the heat emitted by the heating tube. At the same time, the outer side of the boiler is insulated with aluminum silicate needle punched blanket, which greatly reduces the heat loss of the boiler and improves the thermal efficiency. The overall thermal efficiency can reach over 98%.
