Product Introduction
1. Working principle: The fuel is fully burned in the combustion chamber, and the high-temperature flames and smoke generated transfer heat to the heat transfer oil inside the coil. The heat transfer oil is heated to the desired temperature and pumped by a circulation pump to the heating equipment, releasing heat and returning to the boiler, forming a closed-loop cycle.

Core difference
Compared to steam boilers, it can achieve high temperatures of over 300 ℃ under normal pressure or low-pressure liquid phase.
2. No need for complex pressure vessel inspection, and the system has no condensation water loss and higher thermal efficiency.
Typical applications: Chemical reactor heating, asphalt/heavy oil insulation, textile printing and dyeing shaping, wood/artificial board hot pressing, food baking, pharmaceutical drying, building materials steam curing, etc.

By adopting fully premixed or FGR (flue gas recirculation) low nitrogen combustion technology, NOx emissions can be less than 30mg/m ³.

Key considerations for selection
1. Clarify the maximum process temperature: When selecting, leave a margin of 10% -15%.
2. Confirm the fuel type and pressure: whether the natural gas calorific value and supply pressure meet the requirements; Light oil needs to consider storage tanks, filters, and preheating.
3. Integrity of supporting equipment: It must include a high-level expansion tank, a low-level oil storage tank, and an oil and gas separator. Confirm whether the complete set is provided when quoting.
4. Regarding low nitrogen emissions: Is it necessary to undergo emission testing and certification.
