General materials

Function: In direct contact with LNG at -162 ° C, it must possess excellent low-temperature toughness and corrosion resistance.
- Outer cylinder (outer tank):
Material: Carbon steel or low-alloy steel (such as Q345R) is used for low-temperature pressure vessels.
Function: As the outer layer of the vacuum jacket, it carries atmospheric pressure and forms a closed insulation space together with the inner cylinder.
