Introduction

 

• Structural features: The heating surface of the boiler is composed of a large number of water pipes. Water flows inside these pipes and is heated, while high-temperature flue gas flushes outside the pipes, transferring heat to the water inside the pipes.
• The SZS series fuel gas boiler developed by the company is a double drum vertical "D" - shaped quick loading water tube boiler. It has a compact structure and occupies a small area. It consists of upper and lower drums, membrane water-cooled walls, convection tube bundles, and flue gas condensation and recovery devices. The boiler adopts a fully enclosed welded structure with airtight inner protective plates, and the furnace wall has good sealing. The boiler has a large heating surface area, and after the fuel is burned in the furnace, the flue gas is discharged into the flue gas through the convection tube bundle and the flue gas condensation and recovery device. The tail is equipped with a flue gas condensation and recovery device, which can effectively control the exhaust gas temperature and achieve high thermal efficiency of the boiler.
