700MW ultra supercritical circulating fluidized bed boiler selected as one of the top ten super projects of central enterprises in 2025
Recently, the State owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council of China officially announced the "Top 10 Super Projects for Central Enterprises in 2025", and the world's first 700 MW ultra supercritical circulating fluidized bed boiler developed by Dongfang Electric Group was successfully selected. The boiler completed a 168 hour full load trial operation at Yunneng Honghe Power Plant in April 2025, with all core equipment independently developed and fully mastered in technology. After the project is put into operation, the total installed capacity will reach 1.3 million kilowatts, which can achieve an annual power generation of over 8 billion kilowatt hours.
