Brief introduction
The core equipment of a standard LNG refueling station includes LNG storage tanks, cryogenic pumps, gas dispensers, pressure regulating gasifiers, etc. The LNG storage tanks are double walled vacuum insulated containers that can effectively maintain low temperatures and reduce evaporation losses; The low-temperature pump is responsible for extracting and pressurizing LNG from the storage tank; The gas dispenser includes components such as a flow meter and a gas gun, which enable precise measurement and control of the vehicle's refueling volume; Pressure regulator gasifier is used to regulate system pressure

Operating principle
1. Storage: LNG storage tanks store liquefied natural gas in a low-temperature environment of -162 ℃. The tanks use vacuum insulation technology to reduce heat transfer, with a daily evaporation rate of less than 0.3%
2. Boosting: LNG in the storage tank is pumped out and pressurized by a low-temperature pump, or a vaporizer is used to vaporize some LNG into BOG (evaporated gas) and inject it into the storage tank, maintaining the tank pressure within the set range (usually 0.2-1.1MPa)
3. Refueling: The pressurized LNG is transported to the vehicle through a vacuum pipeline by a gas dispenser, which controls the flow and metering. The single refueling speed can reach 3-80kg/min
4. Unloading: LNG tank trucks transfer LNG to storage tanks through boosters or low-temperature pumps. During unloading, the upper or lower liquid inlet method is selected based on the temperature difference to avoid pressure fluctuations
5. Safety control: The system processes the evaporated gas through BOG recovery and EAG (release gas) heater to prevent high pressure or low temperature gas accumulation, ensuring safe operation

- Ports and Shipping: Provide fuel for container trucks, port tractors, and LNG fueled vessels (via shore based or barge refueling stations) within the port.

- Public services: sanitation vehicles (garbage trucks, sprinkler trucks), etc.
