5.Filling capability parameters (dual system):
LNG refueling section: 30-120 kg/min.
CNG filling section: 8-25 Nm ³/min.
6.Core equipment: equipped with LNG low-temperature high-pressure pump, high-pressure air temperature gasifier, CNG sequence control panel, CNG storage cylinder group.
7.Injecting gun/nozzle:
LNG side: equipped with LNG low-temperature liquid gun.
CNG side: equipped with CNG high-pressure filling gun
Main features and composition
- Process flow: LNG is extracted from the storage tank by a high-pressure pump, sent to the gasifier for conversion into CNG, and then stored in a high-pressure gas storage cylinder group through a sequence control panel. Finally, the vehicle is metered and refilled by a gas dispenser.
- Key equipment: including LNG storage tanks, high-pressure pumps, gasifiers, gas storage cylinder groups, and gas dispensers. Among them, high-pressure gasifiers are commonly designed with an open frame, and the sequence control panel is used to optimize gas distribution efficiency.
