To promptly eliminate potential hazards in gas station equipment, improve equipment operating conditions, extend equipment lifespan, and ensure safe equipment operation, this system is hereby established.
1. Equipment management, maintenance, and upkeep shall be the responsibility of designated personnel, who shall be responsible for establishing equipment ledgers and formulating and implementing maintenance plans.
2. Equipment shall be subject to a "three-level maintenance" system. Routine maintenance shall be the responsibility of the on-duty personnel designated by the gas station manager. Level 1 and Level 2 maintenance shall be implemented by the equipment management personnel.
3. The equipment management personnel shall, based on operational characteristics and operating times, establish the "three-level maintenance" interval maintenance content and integrity standards for each piece of equipment.
4. Equipment maintenance and upkeep shall not affect the normal production operation of the gas station. Maintenance and upkeep of important equipment shall be documented with work instructions and obtain work permits.
5. Maintenance and upkeep of electrical equipment within explosion-proof areas shall comply with the explosion-proof area work safety permit system. Maintenance and upkeep with the equipment energized and its covers opened is strictly prohibited.
6. When starting up the equipment, on-duty personnel must strictly follow the procedures, checking whether the equipment is running smoothly and whether all parameters are within the normal range. If not, the equipment should be stopped immediately for maintenance.
7. On-duty personnel should conduct inspections as required. If any equipment abnormality is found, it should be resolved or the backup equipment should be activated. Otherwise, it should be reported immediately.
8. A qualification approval system is implemented for equipment maintenance. Unapproved personnel are prohibited from performing any form of equipment maintenance.
9. The regular use system for backup equipment must be strictly implemented. Backup equipment should be used at least once a month, with continuous use not exceeding 3 hours.
10. After equipment maintenance, a trial run should be conducted. Normal use can only begin after confirming normal operation. Each equipment maintenance should be carefully and accurately recorded.
